Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy for workshops

The policy applies to Vignettes Learning workshops.  Please send us an email at https://www.vignetteslearning.com/contact_form

Withdrawal of workshop attendance  

Refund percentage will depend on the date of email notice.  All refund checks will be mailed within two weeks after the workshop. 

Please send us an email to https://www.vignetteslearning.com/contact_form  and provide the following information:

  • Complete name of the person in whose name the check will be made
  • Company Name / Address

Refund availability:
  • At least 30 days before the start of the event: 100% refund 
  • Less than 30 but at least 15 days: 50% refund
  • Less than 14 days: 25% refund
  • On or after the start date: Sorry, no refund

Request to transfer registration to a new date

A credit certificate to a future workshop will be issued to the next workshop schedule.

Request for a replacement

Please send us an email no later than two weeks prior to the event date. Indicate the complete name and email address of the person replacing you in the workshop.

Pre-workshop correspondence is usually sent around two weeks prior to the online event.  This will allow the new participant to accomplish pre-work.

No replacements will be considered less than 24 hours prior to the first session.

Non-attendance

Sorry, no refunds will be available for those who registered but did not provide prior notice of
non-attendance.

Other instances for cancellation or change in schedules 

Vignettes Learning reserves the right to either cancel or reschedule an event due to one of these probabilities (presenter illness or emergencies, low participant count or other circumstances).

In such instances, participants may opt to receive a certificate of credit to the rescheduled workshop, a future  workshop schedule or request for a refund.
