This video discusses a great point. Too often the worker/learner is never asked about their specific needs, therefore the training offered may be irrelevant to the actual work environment. Research, about the worker and their specific job and its surrounding questions, should be initiated prior to the initial stages of learning development. We must create learning that is specific to the needs of the worker and the worker's environment in their specific job, not think about it learning as simply an add-on to a business process.
