this is the best way to learn best practices, and learn from mistakes made (if decisions were good ones). Many times, workers who are problem-solvers may not be great when we get them to share how they solve the problems. But with the workflow process - structure provided, this structure makes it easier for workers to think through how they have solved the problems. This way, the great positive experience is captured and not forgotten, and can be replicated. Fantastic.
Nancy, what do you think prohibits workers from wanting to share or makes them not good at sharing their solutions? How can we help get the conversations and sharing going? What might incentivize them to share?
