I too always seem to start with the "Who, What, Why, When and How" to get to a solution. If I don't understand the need, I can fully provide a solution because it could be clouded by other misleading information which could lead to a different direction in resolution.
I agree Mayra. I have seen too often where we are working like bonkers on a solution that may NOT be the solution and sometimes we do not have clarity of the problem.
