    let me see if i have understood Ray: what it means is that we will create a template of the thinking process, simplify this thinking process to make it easy for workers to use it when they encounter problems.

      Yes, Nancy. By nature, people do use thinking processes. This is part of our survival skills. Our goal is to elevate the quality by helping them refine their tools. In learning, often we think of content. But content and cicumstances change. Good thinking processes kicks in.
