This is the second exercise of the workshop. Reinventing compliance and technical training starts by introducing the learners to the different elements of improving work. The purpose is for you to experience as a learner a holistic thinking process. The Workflow Diagnostic Process aids learners to develop a full cycle of thinking skills about improving work. This is the first step in the “scaling of their capacities.” You may use the work issue from previous exercises or pick a new work issue as your focus in the exercise.
