This is the fifth exercise of the workshop. Workers learn a lot from the experiences of others. This is one preferred method of finding solutions. The purpose of this exercise is to help you and your workers and learners appreciate and build a list of “trusted networks.” The exercise helps scale the workers capacities by nurturing their network relationships. You may use the work issue from previous exercises or pick a new work issue as your focus in the exercise.
