I am trying to wrap my brain around working and learning simultaneously and how this could be implemented in our training. How to move what is the problem, what is the impact of the problem, and what can I do to solve the problem into the type of training (education) we do.
Jean, Thanks. I recall that learning to do something is doing the thing. In the academic world, this may show up as giving students/learners a problem/set to solve, alone or in a group. They read, talk, exchange ideas and do projects together. Doing projects is as close as we can get "working as we learn." Great to have you in the workshop. Ray
