1. Frontline leaders are often too occupied to do their own tasks and assignments - a challenge that needs to be immediately recognized so other people in the team can help them.
2. When you put frontline leaders into action, they can easily share what they know because they are already doing it - they are experts of the job requirement.
3. If we want the frontline people to help us in training, we need to understand and respect how they are coaching, mentoring, helping, and extending advice to their teams.
4. Frontline leaders already have existing structures of accelerating learning and these are helpful since they have experiences in that area.
Hi Ray, Yes...I love idea of getting our "Front-Line" Leaders (Senior, Experienced Employees) to continue helping others, as they already do each day. Question: How do we be sure, they know where or who to find answer, or give correct information? Steve.
