1. Train workers on what they need today and then start it with the frontline leaders.
2. The ability of the frontline leader which is also part of an employee must be defined clearly by the assignment of the tasks that they need to do.
3. The simplicity of tasks of the frontline leaders will allow them to lead effectively. The more complex your leadership training program is, the more difficult it will be to make a shift.
4. Find those simple short opportunities to seal the real gaps and use those as a training opportunity.
