Long storytelling methodology is great and has its own place and value. But oftentimes, it deprives the learners of the opportunity to reflect, interact, and ask valuable questions.
1. When you have a shorter story, learners are quickly engaged and have more time to reflect on it.
2. Follow the hyper-story with reflection questions so learners can relate it to themselves, their past experience, or their workplace.
3. Allot more time for learners to reflect and interact with the story rather than spending precious time with long story narratives.
