1. Most often, we design Microlearning based on a standard structure - from presenting objectives and ideas, to providing examples, demos, tests, etc.
2. There can be unnecessary parts in this approach that makes Microlearning tedious and hard to use immediately.
3. If we stick to what is really needed, we can focus only on the two most important things - the idea and the examples.
4. Ask the questions related to the problem to get the learners' minds into the topic; probe to thoroughly walk through the examples.
