1. As trainers we need to make sure that after formal training, the learners don't lose the ideas and are able to apply them at work.
2. Processes and activities like problem-solving, analyzing risks, finding the value and contribution, etc. are practices to apply the content on the job.
3. It’s not just memorizing but using the content in the context of doing the actual work.
4. It is not sufficient to just have a follow up program. What’s important is to embed a methodology where learners are able to follow when they are doing actual work.
