I think we're lucky here in that our business and our customers want smaller learning objects. The challenge we face as a team is having the language to convince SMEs and Product Owners that not everything is critical/necessary to include. But if I'm understanding your approach correctly, you have methods to put that "nice-to-know" information out there for the audience to consume if they're interested.
