What do you do about the dude/dudette who everyone goes to? Or the people who don't try to remember/learn/adapt/cerate a mental model/etc but instead know Bobbie's going to have the answer and they can just ask her?
I think the company needs to recognize the folks that might be the answer people with a different title, and coin ;)
