This is the final exercise of the workshop. The purpose is for you to experience as a learner how to identify impact areas of your decisions in earlier exercises. The exercise helps learners to see that their decisions and actions have both qualitative and quantitative impacts. You may use the work issue from previous exercises or pick a new work issue as your focus in the exercise.

Metrics and Feedback means gathering data as results of your testing, trial and error or Consecutive Approximation. The data may be in two levels: strategic or larger scope impacts and immediate impacts on the work you are doing.

Labels and explanations in Tool.

Value - what are the greatest value, contribution, impact of the solution when you fix, solve and improve the work issue?

Quantitative - what quantity, numbers or specific measurements are you seeing an improvement or deficiency as results of your actions?

Qualitative - what numbers or observations are you seeing as a result in quality specifications as results of your actions?
