1. Participants' questionnaires/surveys which have too many items or questions would take too much time to be analyzed.
2. By the time we determine our learners' training needs, we already have wasted the chance to help them find solutions to urgent problems. The survey and analysis become meaningless.
3. Run your short surveys consistently or regularly, be it daily, weekly, or monthly.
4. Two important questions to be asked are:
a. What kind of work do you do?
b. What kind of information do you need to fix and solve problems at work?
