1. We, in training and learning design, think that we can create context.
2. Context is actually done by the learners/workers by converting ideas into meaningful actionable items they can relate to.
3. In order for context to build around the content, we must be able to allow learners to apply, reflect, and challenge it within a work environment.
4. Context is self-correcting. It is an application process where we allow learners to apply the idea even if the answers or results come out a bit differently from what you intended in your lesson.
5. Context is a resetting of meaning and the usefulness of an idea that we provide to learners in real-world practice.
