1. We think of Microlearning from the perspective of our content. But in fact, microlearning has very little to do with reducing content into smaller sizes.
2. It is the usefulness of the content that helps workers pick up the answers when encountering a problem at work.
3. They have no use for micro-content unless there is a situation that they want to solve, fix or improve.
4. Rethink how Microlearning can be better used in the world of the workers, learners, and our teams in the organization.
