- What we do in learning, operations, or leadership, understand that all issues start with the impact at work, be it positive or negative.
- All learning opportunities happen when there is a direct value to what we do at work.
- Learning which doesn't have a direct bearing or is distant from the environment of work could be wasteful since learning starts with the areas that matter and impact the workers' life or the company's situation.
