The biggest challenge is how to maintain the productivity in the department without inhibiting the great ideas and collaboration that is happening.
The action plan we are looking for is practical tips or guidelines for the team to enable them to work together productively while not compromising their ability to do concentrated, deep work. The employer has a small budget available to help with necessary resources but is not open to moving back to the closed-office environment. The solutions must be inclusive, sustainable, cost-effective and promote the health of the team.
