Training & Development struggles with implementing workflow learning. There is limited technology and resources.
What's the biggest challenge?
Lack of opportunities for employees to practice the transfer and workflow of learning. Utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS) is low.
What's the objective?
Promote the importance of learning at work as a value, creating a culture of learning. Implement technology and resources that can help in the process. Increase the utilization of the LMS.
