What's the biggest challenge?
Human Resource Department computer infrastructure/storage capability and processes do not support online record keeping so most documents are printed and saved in paper filing systems as practiced for decades.
What's the objective?
Need to reduce all costs by 20% per budget requirements - including paper costs. Need to reduce paper costs by at least $368.00 to about $1470.00 per fiscal year.
