Situation

The situation is where you start. You learn by dealing with real-life work situations. Provide a short description of the situation for the learners to work on. Along the way, you will impact results.
Sitches are situations, jams, issues, errors, gaps, troubles, stoppages and many others to fix and solve. They are also opportunities to improve, grow, expand, and introduce better, faster and cheaper ways to get the desired results.
What is your Situation and Question?
Mark is unable to complete work in a timely manner. Mark needs to have a conversation about deadlines and priorities. While having conversations, Mark may be able to determine which work can wait and engage in critical thinking by using "what if" in his thought process.
What's the biggest challenge?
Helping Mark anticipate work and completing it on time. He needs to be proactive and try to think through why The Report is needed, what it contains, the audience for it and what are the consequences/impacts, if not completed. It seems Mark needs time management skills, managing conflicting priorities skills and how to own up to his not completing the Report.
What's the objective?
To assist Mark in completing work assignments and meet company deadlines, e.g., anticipating needs.
